Walk-In Interview Details

Position: Rental Sales Agent
Date: 27 October 2025
Time: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Venue: Budget Rent a Car Head Office, Garhoud, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide rental solutions that match client needs.

  • Process bookings, agreements, and renewals through the company’s CRM and POS systems.

  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the rental process.

  • Upsell products such as insurance coverage, GPS, and premium vehicle options.

  • Handle payments, verify documentation, and maintain transaction accuracy.

  • Support daily branch operations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in rental sales or car leasing, preferably within the UAE.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.

  • Proficient in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, customer service standards, and CRM systems.
