Job Description

🚨Job Title: Service Ambassador (UAE) 🚨
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in the UAE, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric Service Ambassadors to join their team!

📍 Locations: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Al Ain
💼 Salary: Up to AED 8,000
📅 Availability: Candidates must be in the UAE for face-to-face interviews.

Role Overview:

As a Service Ambassador, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers at the bank, providing a warm welcome and ensuring they have a seamless experience. You will also assist in managing the queue systems and digital channels to reduce waiting times and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet customers with a cheerful, professional attitude
✅ Answer queries and provide helpful information
✅ Assist with queue management and branch digital services
✅ Ensure every visitor has a comfortable and memorable experience

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in banking or customer service (home country experience acceptable)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Must be currently in the UAE and available for interviews
✅ Presentable, customer-focused, and tech-savvy
