We have a job opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Supervisor to join our Abu Dhabi, UAE team. If you possess good leadership skills and practical experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management, we’d appreciate it if you could apply.
Position Details:
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Industry: Facilities Management / Cleaning / Housekeeping
- Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000
- Experience: 4–5 years
- Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 4–5 years of supervisory experience in soft services (housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and HSE standards
- UAE or GCC experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning activities across assigned locations
Oversee and organize staff duties and rotations
Maintain quality control and adherence to HSE standards
