Title: Now Hiring: Sales Supervisor (Retail – Supermarket/Hypermarket)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: UAE/GCC retail supervision (supermarket/hypermarket) required
Salary: AED 7,500 per month + commission
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor with hands-on experience in supermarket or hypermarket environments across the UAE/GCC. You will lead from the front—driving volume and visibility goals, elevating execution standards, and inspiring your team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and schedule in-store promoter/merchandising teams to hit daily/weekly targets

Drive product availability, shelf share, and planogram compliance across assigned stores

Execute promotions, price checks, and secondary displays; report gaps and actions

Build strong relationships with store managers and section heads to secure visibility

Track KPIs (sell-out, OSA, SOS, returns) and submit regular performance reports

Coordinate trade marketing activations and ensure POS materials are deployed correctly

Monitor competitor activity and recommend corrective actions in real time
Requirements

Proven supervision experience in supermarket/hypermarket retail (UAE/GCC)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Valid driving license from any GCC country

Immediate availability is an advantage
Compensation
