About the Role:
A to Z Car Rental is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic Dubai office. The role combines general administration with accounts coordination, especially related to invoicing and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and payment tracking
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and documentation
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations
Assist with general office administration and basic accounts tasks
Support the finance team with daily coordination and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an admin/accounts coordination role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools
Experience in the car rental industry is a major advantage
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
