About the Role:

A to Z Car Rental is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic Dubai office. The role combines general administration with accounts coordination, especially related to invoicing and client communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and payment tracking

  • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and documentation

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and operations

  • Assist with general office administration and basic accounts tasks

  • Support the finance team with daily coordination and reporting


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an admin/accounts coordination role

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools

  • Experience in the car rental industry is a major advantage

  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
