Admin/Receptionist

📑 Do you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail? Rock and Up is looking for a proactive and efficient Secretary/Admin to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
✔ Handle correspondence, emails, and office communication
✔ Maintain records, files, and office supplies
✔ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
✔ Provide administrative support to management and team members

🔹 Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
