✅ Key Qualifications:

• Certified Coder (AAPC)

• Experience in Dubai-based healthcare insurance claims

• Familiar with Mediware (preferred)

• Strong Excel and reporting skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent quality control abilities

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently

🛠 Responsibilities Include:

• Manage pre-approval, claims submission, resubmission, reconciliation

• Invoice checking for CPT codes, tariffs, and approval validity

• Coordinate submissions via DHA portal (eClaim)

• Audit medical records and documentation for accuracy

• Oversee policy renewals, CPT empanelment, and insurance audits

• Reconcile collections and support insurance team operations

• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure EMR accuracy

• Train insurance, billing, and reception staff on new claim procedures
