We are hiring for the position of Associate – Customer Contact Service on behalf of a leading bank in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and prior experience in contact centers, call centers, or telecalling, who are passionate about customer service and can work in flexible shifts.

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, contact center, or telecalling

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

  • Must be currently based in the UAE

  • Sponsor visa holders preferred

  • Immediate joiners highly preferred
