About the Role

We are seeking female Brand Ambassadors / Promoters to represent a top-tier property development company in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates passionate about real estate and engaging with potential clients across high-traffic locations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and represent the company’s real estate projects to potential clients
• Engage with visitors at malls, airports, outdoor stands, and community events
• Provide accurate information regarding properties and investment opportunities
• Collect customer information and follow up on leads
• Maintain a professional image and uphold the brand’s standards

Job Locations

• Dubai Malls
• Dubai International Airport
• DAMAC Hills 1 and 2
• Palm Jumeirah Outdoor Stands

Work Schedule

• 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)
• 6 days a week
• Contract Duration: 2 to 6 months (with potential for a full-time role)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates aged between 20 and 35 years
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own/spouse/freelance visa)
• Immediate availability is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages:
  • Russian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Kazakh
  • Arabic, French
  • Hindi, Urdu
  • Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Albanian, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Serbo-Croatian
• Presentable and confident in dealing with diverse clients
• Preferably holding a UAE driving license (not mandatory but a plus)
• Must have a valid Emirates ID
• Height and weight details required as part of the selection criteria
• Energetic, motivated, and passionate about customer engagement and real estate

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month (final amount decided after interview)
• Commission: Additional commission on successful lead generation/sales
• Opportunity to join on a full-time basis after contract period
