🧾 Job Purpose / Description:

Abu Dhabi Aviation is hiring a highly experienced CAMO Director & Post Holder to oversee and ensure the continuous airworthiness of the company’s aircraft fleet. Reporting directly to the CEO (Accountable Manager), this role involves the establishment, implementation, and management of all airworthiness-related processes to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

✅ Key Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in aviation, including 5+ years in a CAMO leadership/managerial role

• Proven experience managing airworthiness and maintenance programs for fleet operations

• In-depth understanding of GCAA, EASA, and international aviation regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
  (Master’s degree preferred)

• Recognized post-holder certifications by regulatory bodies (e.g., GCAA, EASA, FAA)

• Knowledge of aviation safety systems, quality assurance, and maintenance management

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance

• Adaptability to emerging aviation technologies and regulatory changes
