About the Role:

Life Pharmacy is looking for an innovative and strategic Category Manager – Skin & Beauty to lead and grow the skincare category within its retail and online platforms. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty products, deep category insights, and a track record of driving growth through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end category management for skincare and beauty product lines

• Plan and execute category strategies to increase market share and profitability

• Work closely with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams to launch promotions and campaigns

• Analyze sales data, track product performance, and manage inventory levels

• Identify new product opportunities based on trends and customer insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, pharmacy retail, or beauty/skincare category management

• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail analytics tools
