Role Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes in your designated section to the highest standards

Oversee junior kitchen staff and ensure consistency in quality

Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profitability

Ensure hygiene and health standards are followed in all kitchen operations

Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning and kitchen operations
Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of international cuisine and plating techniques
-
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude
-
Previous UAE or GCC hospitality experience is an advantage
