Estimated Salary:

  • Cluster Sales Manager: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000/month

  • Cluster Revenue Manager: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000/month

Join the dynamic team at Majestic Hotels as we expand across the UAE. We’re currently looking for driven and experienced professionals to take on key roles across multiple properties.

Open Positions:

1. Cluster Sales Manager

  • Drive revenue through corporate accounts, events, and strategic partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships

  • Lead sales strategy across properties

2. Cluster Revenue Manager

  • Optimize pricing, forecasting, and inventory to maximize profitability

  • Analyze market trends and performance data

  • Coordinate closely with sales and front office teams

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality

  • Knowledge of UAE market trends and revenue strategies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Multi-property or cluster experience preferred
