About the Role:

PACT Employment Services is hiring Contact Center Officers with experience in the card industry and a strong background in customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional contact center environment supporting leading financial institutions.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in the card industry with customer service knowledge

• Strong verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good general computer literacy

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered
