💼 About the Role:

Al Tawasul Group of Companies is currently looking for an experienced Customer Relation Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing inquiries, and supporting account retention across the company’s various verticals.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Manage client communication through phone, email, and in-person visits

• Maintain customer records and service data

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell services where appropriate

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a customer service or client relationship role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Based in UAE or able to relocate immediately
