Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Customs Clearance and Transportation Office in Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Saudi customs clearance procedures and documentation, ensuring the smooth movement of shipments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer service tasks related to customs clearance and transportation.
Coordinate with clients, shipping agents, and customs authorities.
Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation including SADAD forms, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure strict compliance with Saudi customs regulations.
Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to clients.
Resolve issues or delays affecting customs clearance processes.
Maintain accurate records and organize customs clearance documentation.
Support logistics and transportation coordination as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customs clearance procedures, specifically within Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of Saudi customs regulations and documentation standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and customs clearance software is a plus.
