Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Customs Clearance and Transportation Office in Jeddah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Saudi customs clearance procedures and documentation, ensuring the smooth movement of shipments and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service tasks related to customs clearance and transportation.

  • Coordinate with clients, shipping agents, and customs authorities.

  • Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation including SADAD forms, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Saudi customs regulations.

  • Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to clients.

  • Resolve issues or delays affecting customs clearance processes.

  • Maintain accurate records and organize customs clearance documentation.

  • Support logistics and transportation coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customs clearance procedures, specifically within Saudi Arabia.

  • Strong understanding of Saudi customs regulations and documentation standards.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customs clearance software is a plus.
