Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Executive – HR Helpdesk & Support Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR queries and take ownership of the HR hotline
- Communicate resolutions to HR-related calls, queries, or requests
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information
- Ensure accuracy in document preparation and data entry
Qualifications:
โ๏ธ Bachelorโs degree required
โ๏ธ Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support or customer service preferred
โ๏ธ Experience in a call logging system is a must
โ๏ธ Strong English communication skills
โ๏ธ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
โ๏ธ High attention to detail and accuracy
