Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a female Sales Officer with real estate sales experience for a one-month assignment in Business Bay, Dubai, with the possibility of extension. This is a target-driven role, and applicants must hold their own visa and a valid Emirates ID.

Key Details:

• Duration: Immediate Start – April to May 2025 (Extendable)

• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours/day (1-hour break included)

• Location: Business Bay, Dubai

• Payment: AED 9,000 per cycle (paid 35 days after cycle ends)

• Commission: 1.5% commission on each closed deal

Requirements:

• Own visa applicants only (No sponsorship provided)

• Experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory

• Fluent in English

• Additional preferred languages:

  • Russian (Speaker)

  • Spanish (Speaker)

  • French (National)

  • Chinese (Speaker)

  • Italian (National)

  • German (National or Speaker)

• Must have a valid Emirates ID

• Strong sales ability, target-oriented mindset, and broker engagement skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets OR

• Conduct daily outreach and engagement with real estate brokers
