Key Requirements

• Female candidates preferred

• Russian-speaking candidates are highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A warm, professional presence with a strong customer service mindset

• Prior experience in a hospitality or front office role is a plus

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival

• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries

• Handle guest complaints with efficiency and empathy

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and local attractions
