Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping (Dubai)

Flora Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping to join their team in Dubai!

About the Role:

Do you have a passion for cleanliness and creating a comfortable environment for guests? If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting and have a strong eye for detail, then this role is for you! You will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, while providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Replenish amenities and ensure guest rooms are well-stocked
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Hospitality Degree or diploma (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties (lifting, bending, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
