🧰 Position Overview:

Clairvoyant UAE is urgently hiring FM Engineers (Facilities Management Engineers) who can join immediately. We are looking for technically strong professionals experienced in overseeing and maintaining building systems to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage building maintenance and engineering operations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Coordinate with technicians and contractors for ongoing repair or upgrade work.

• Report on facilities performance, cost control, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with UAE standards.

📋 Requirements:

• Prior experience in Facilities Management is required.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or MEP systems.

• UAE experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Must be based in UAE and available for immediate joining.
