📋 About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage and optimize our inventory operations in Dubai. This role is crucial for maintaining stock accuracy, developing efficient control processes, and coordinating with multiple departments to enhance supply chain performance.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock movements.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Develop, document, and implement inventory control procedures.

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments.

• Monitor and report on slow-moving and obsolete stock.

• Utilize inventory systems and reporting tools for data analysis.

📚 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in inventory management.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of UAE inventory and logistics practices is a plus.
