📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver FM Services at the highest level while working calmly under pressure.

• Ensure services meet client satisfaction and achieve set KPI benchmarks.

• Oversee Hard Services delivery and maintain strong client relationships.

• Supervise FM delivery team and ensure operational excellence.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years’ total experience with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in Facilities Management.

• In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management functions, particularly Hard Services.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Superior communication, leadership, and people management skills.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
