📋 Job Overview:

We are urgently looking for experienced Supervisors (Male and Female) to join a fast-paced client engagement project at Souq Al Jami, Abu Dhabi. If you have proven supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and are passionate about customer interaction and lead generation, this opportunity is for you!

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with clients professionally, providing detailed project information.

• Collect accurate client information including property preferences (type, size, budget, etc.).

• Record and manage client data effectively using Salesforce.

• Represent the project clearly, professionally, and persuasively.

• Oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.

• Motivate and support team members to meet performance goals.

• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding operations and reporting.

• Evaluate team performance and submit daily performance reports.

🎯 Requirements:

• Must have own visa (Visit/Cancelled/Dependent Visa not eligible unless transferring).

• Supervisory experience is mandatory.

• Fluent in English (mandatory); preference for Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, or Persian speakers.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Immediate joiners only.

• Emirates ID must be valid.

🕘 Job Details:

• Duration: Immediate – May 2025 (Extendable)

• Working Hours: 8 hours/day (including 1-hour break), 6 days a week

• Location: Souq Al Jami, Abu Dhabi

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• AED 9,000 per month cycle

• Payment released 35 days after the end of the working cycle

• Professional work environment and potential extension based on performance
