🧾 Job Description:

Arab Doctors Specialist Center in Sharjah is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Service Manager to lead and manage its growing home healthcare operations. This role involves overseeing patient care plans, coordinating nursing teams, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and service quality standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate home care nursing staff

  • Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients

  • Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines

  • Liaise with families, doctors, and external partners to provide excellent patient care

  • Monitor and improve service delivery and operational efficiency

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Prior experience in managing home care or community health services

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and best practices

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
