HR Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 4,000 AED

Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about HR and administration? Join our dynamic team as an HR Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources department’s daily operations, recruitment coordination, and employee records management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Process HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee status updates.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Manage the HR calendar and organize meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
  • Support payroll administration by tracking attendance and leave records.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize company events and engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
