🧾 Job Description:

ResoSys Solutions is hiring an HR Generalist to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HR operations, a solid understanding of UAE labor law, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities

  • Maintain HR records and handle confidential information appropriately

  • Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy

🎓 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or an administrative HR role

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in the UAE

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
