📌 Open Positions:

  • Operations Team Leader

  • Operations Supervisor

  • Escalation Specialist

✅ Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or last-mile delivery operations

  • Strong team coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • Experience in escalation handling or customer service (for Escalation Specialist)

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

💰 Estimated Salary Range:

AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on position and experience)
📄 Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law – including visa, annual leave, and insurance
