Job Description

Job title: Recruitment Specialist (UAE Experience Required)

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in hiring staff and labor categories. The ideal candidate should have strong interviewing, negotiation, and recruitment process knowledge, including orientation and induction training.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in hiring & recruitment
✅ Strong interviewing & communication skills
✅ Knowledge of labor laws & regulations
✅ Training & onboarding expertise
✅ Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
