Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar reservations role (for Agent position).

• Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and continuous learning.

• Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Multilingual candidates preferred (English essential; additional languages beneficial).
