🧾 Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Sales Associate (Telesales) on behalf of a leading bank in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales or telesales, particularly within the banking or financial services industry. You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining products and services, and converting leads over the phone.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about financial products or services

• Cross-sell and up-sell banking offerings based on client needs

• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

• Accurately update CRM systems with call and lead information

• Build sustainable relationships and follow up to ensure closure

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, cross-selling, or direct banking/financial sales

• Home country experience can be considered

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas

• Strong understanding of banking/finance products is a plus

• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for interview
