📋 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of payroll and End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
Ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Handle payroll-related administrative tasks.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
📚 Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
At least 2 years of direct experience in payroll and administrative tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
