Job Description:

Traveller’s Choice Travel & Tourism is currently hiring an Operations Executive to join their Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth travel and tourism services, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel bookings, tours, and related services

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners professionally

  • Manage documentation and ensure operational compliance

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently

  • Support the operations team in executing daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or tourism sector

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management tools

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
