Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Supervisor to lead our Cafe / Lobby Lounge operations. If you are passionate about hospitality, have excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cafe and lobby lounge.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

  • Lead, motivate, and train the team to uphold service and quality standards.

  • Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

  • Monitor inventory, handle guest feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in full cafe operations.
