About the Role:

Al Bonian FM is looking for a smart, presentable, and reliable Receptionist to manage our front desk operations at our Al Quoz office in Dubai. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries

• Manage office supplies and front office organization

• Support admin tasks and coordinate with different departments

• Maintain a clean, friendly, and efficient reception area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong telephone etiquette and professional appearance

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Admin or Office Management background is a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Friendly attitude and ability to multitask under pressure
