Job Overview:

Budget Rent A Car is actively hiring Rental Sales Agents to join our dynamic customer service and sales team. We invite qualified candidates to attend our walk-in interview and explore a career with one of the region’s most recognized car rental companies.

Walk-In Interview Details:

• Date: Thursday, 2nd May 2025

• Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Location: Budget Rent A Car – Head Office, Garhoud, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with rental bookings and vehicle handovers

• Promote services and up-sell packages to meet customer needs

• Manage rental contracts, documents, and payments

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process

• Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented properly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the car rental or automotive sector)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Knowledge of UAE roads and traffic laws is an advantage

• Must be available in the UAE and able to attend the interview in person
