🏨 About the Role:

The Canvas Hotel by Accor is hiring an experienced and service-driven Reservations Supervisor to lead its reservations department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in five-star hotel environments and is passionate about enhancing the guest journey from booking to check-out.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the reservations team

• Oversee bookings and respond to guest inquiries

• Collaborate with sales, front office, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in bookings and maximize occupancy

• Monitor market trends and help develop pricing strategies

• Maintain reservation systems and ensure all guest data is accurate and complete

• Provide training and support to junior staff

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within UAE five-star hotels

• Proficient in Opera PMS or equivalent hotel reservation systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting

• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
