🧾 About the Role:

Super Bright FM is currently seeking a Staff Accommodation & Deployment Supervisor to oversee logistics for over 1000 staff across our workforce. This is a key operational role that combines workforce coordination, accommodation oversight, and daily deployment management to ensure smooth and efficient staff operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff accommodation, manage room allocations, and maintain hygiene and safety standards

• Coordinate with Transport and Operations Managers for timely staff deployment

• Maintain daily records and logs of staff movements, duty shifts, and attendance

• Generate weekly status reports related to accommodation and staff logistics

• Resolve any staff concerns related to housing, transport, or schedules

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in accommodation management, deployment coordination, or similar roles

• Background in facilities management or hospitality preferred

• Skilled in MS Excel, and familiar with workforce planning/tracking tools

• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable handling large-scale operations and rapidly changing demands

💰 Estimated Salary Range:

AED 5,000 – AED 7,500/month (Based on experience, seniority & operational background)
