Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Storekeeper in Dubai. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our store and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, restock items as needed, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate product availability.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product location, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Order Processing: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products, ensuring they match the purchase orders, and arranging products on the shelves.
4. Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelving, product displays, and the overall store appearance.
5. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, inventory levels, and any issues related to stock management.
6. Compliance: Ensure all store activities adhere to company policies and regulations, including security, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1.5 years of experience in a retail or similar environment
• Excellent customer care skills
• Proficiency in Urdu, English, and Arabic is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with storekeeping procedures and best practices
