About the Role:

Admirals Food Distribution is seeking a dynamic Traditional Trade Manager to lead and expand our van sales operations across the UAE. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, optimizing distribution strategies, and fostering strong relationships within the traditional trade sector.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to maximize sales volume and margins.

• Lead and mentor a team of van sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the traditional trade channel.

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in traditional trade sales within the FMCG sector.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.​
