A Dubai-based company is urgently seeking a smart and reliable E-commerce Support Executive who can juggle both backend marketplace responsibilities and frontline customer service queries with confidence and clarity.
📌 The Essentials:
📍 Location: Dubai
💼 Role: E-commerce Support Executive
💰 Salary: AED 3,000/month
🕘 Work Hours: 9 hours/day
📆 Work Days: 6 days a week
🎯 What You’ll Handle:
You’ll be managing day-to-day activities across Amazon Seller Central, including listing updates, order tracking, and customer communication. You’ll also be expected to handle incoming support tickets, resolve queries, and keep things running smoothly on the digital front.
✅ Key Requirements:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon store operations
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools & dashboards
Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal
The ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
Bonus if you’ve worked with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or know your way around Excel
