💰 Salary Range: AED 18,000 – AED 22,000/month (based on experience)

🛡️ Role Requirements

✔ Mandatory Certifications:

• NEBOSH IGC

• OSHAD AD-VETI Certified

• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor

• Any additional HSE certification is a plus

✔ Experience:

• Minimum 12 years UAE experience

• Must have worked on road/infrastructure/civil construction projects

• Experience with government projects (DOT, ADM, etc.) preferred

✔ Technical Skills:

• Risk assessment methodologies

• Incident investigation (ICAM/TapRoot)

• HSE management systems implementation

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans for mega infrastructure projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Lead incident investigations and report to client/management
• Ensure compliance with OSHAD, DM, and AD EHSMS frameworks
• Conduct HSE training for staff and subcontractors
