Job Title: Waiter (North Indian Preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 3000-3500 AED

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and guest-centric Waiter to join our team in Dubai! In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.


  • Deliver exceptional wait service that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Take orders accurately, using a POS system, order slips, or by memorization.
  • Effectively communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages with care and attention to detail.
  • Make insightful menu recommendations and answer guests’ questions about our offerings.
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of food, tableware, and the dining area. Report any issues promptly.
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
  • Deliver bills and collect payments efficiently.
  • Adhere to all relevant health department regulations.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Hands-on experience with cash registers and point-of-sale ordering systems (e.g., Revel POS, Toast POS).
  • Strong math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
  • Attentiveness and patience to cater to customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to create a positive first impression and build rapport with guests.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Active listening skills to understand guest requests clearly and respond accurately.
  • Team spirit and a willingness to collaborate for a smooth dining service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma preferred; food safety training is a plus.
