Job Overview:

Safe Way Express Cargo is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse functions, including organizing shipments, managing stock flow, and ensuring accuracy across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records

• Ensure timely processing of incoming/outgoing shipments

• Liaise with logistics teams, drivers, and suppliers to schedule and track deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipping, and warehouse efficiency

• Assist with audits and compliance requirements as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination or logistics (preferred)

• Good command of English (written and verbal)

• Proficient with warehouse software or inventory management systems

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• UAE experience is a plus
