About the Role

As a Product Trainer, you’ll design and deliver high-quality training programs on corporate services, accounting, taxation, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in empowering our clients and internal teams through engaging learning initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver interactive training programs focused on corporate services, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Simplify complex subjects into easy-to-understand materials for different audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve product knowledge.
• Create and update training content, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate services, taxation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving learning initiatives.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners effectively.
