About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in the fit-out and construction industry to drive new business opportunities and expand our market presence for acoustical ceiling solutions.
In this role, you will engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers, providing innovative acoustical ceiling solutions that enhance interior environments. โ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market for acoustical ceiling solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers.
- Provide technical support and guidance on acoustical ceiling systems, including product specifications.
- Manage commercial negotiations and close profitable sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of B2B sales experience in the construction, architectural fit-out, or acoustics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience in technical product specifications and commercial negotiations.
- Strong understanding of acoustical ceiling systems and fit-out processes is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex product specifications.
- Proven commercial acumen and experience managing complex contracts.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
