Job Description

We are currently urgently hiring experienced Male Merchandisers from Asian or African nationalities for a well-established FMCG and Retail operation in Ajman. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are already in the UAE and looking for stable, long-term employment with growth potential.

Job Details

  • Position: Merchandiser (FMCG / Retail)

  • Location:

    • Ajman

    • Ajman City Centre

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)

  • Start Date: December

  • Monthly Salary: AED 2,800

  • Transport Allowance: AED 200 per month

This role is ideal for candidates who have strong experience in retail merchandising and product handling within supermarkets, hypermarkets, or FMCG distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stocking and arranging products on shelves according to company standards

  • Ensuring correct product placement, pricing, and visibility

  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with supervisors for replenishment

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned shelves

  • Supporting promotions and retail campaigns

  • Building good working relationships with store staff and management

Requirements & Eligibility

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail or FMCG merchandising

  • ✅ Male candidates only (Asian or African nationality preferred)

  • ✅ No car required (stationary work locations)

  • ✅ Must be available to join by November

  • ✅ Must hold a valid Employment Visa or Family Visa

  • ✅ All documents must be valid for at least 6+ months

  • ✅ Physically fit and able to work long retail hours

  • ✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
