Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager / Bid Manager to join our growing interior design company in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, people, contracts, and daily operations, and who can keep everything running smoothly across the business.

While experience in business development is an advantage, the main focus of this role is operations management, project coordination, and ensuring efficiency across all departments.

💰 Salary Package

AED 9,000 – AED 14,000 per month (based on experience)
Additional benefits as per UAE labor law


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily company operations and distribute work efficiently across design and technical teams

  • Track project progress, staff workloads, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery

  • Manage and coordinate all tender and bid submissions, ensuring full compliance and accuracy

  • Monitor and maintain contracts, invoicing, and client documentation

  • Improve and implement operational systems and workflows to increase efficiency

  • Act as the main coordination point for project updates, client communication, and internal teams

  • Prepare regular operational reports for management

  • Ensure all departments remain aligned, informed, and productive


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Bid Manager, or Senior Project Coordinator

  • Background in interior design, architecture, or construction is essential

  • Strong knowledge of project workflows and operational processes

  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project)

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously

  • Good understanding of tendering, contracts, and invoicing processes

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
