Hanshek is an adults-only platform. These standards explain our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation and apply to all content and activity on our website and mobile applications.

1. Prohibited Conduct and Content

Hanshek strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form
• Sexualization, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or exploitation of a child
• Soliciting, creating, possessing, sharing, linking to, or attempting to obtain CSAM
• Content or conduct that facilitates, promotes, normalizes, or instructs others in child sexual abuse or exploitation

2. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

Users can report posts, comments, and users through Hanshek's in-app reporting tools. Select Child safety concern where that option is available. Reports may also be sent to [email protected].

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law-enforcement authority first.

3. Review and Enforcement

We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action based on the information available. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or confirmed CSAE on our Services, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and suspend or terminate related accounts. We may preserve relevant records when required or permitted by law and may take additional steps to protect users and the integrity of the Services.

4. Reporting to Authorities

Hanshek complies with applicable child-safety laws. We maintain a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority or law-enforcement body, as applicable.
