Hanshek respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright.

1. Submit a Copyright Complaint

Send your complaint to [email protected] with the subject line Copyright Complaint, or use our in-app / in-platform contact system.

Please include:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
• The exact Hanshek URL or enough information to locate the reported content
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

2. What Happens Next

We may remove or restrict access to reported content while we review a complaint. We may contact the person who posted the content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, contact us with the subject line Copyright Counter-Notice. Include your contact information, the removed content and its previous location, why you believe removal was a mistake, the statements required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature.

4. Important Notice

Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright complaints or counter-notices may have legal consequences. This process is for copyright issues only. Report other policy violations through Hanshek's reporting tools.
